Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd in Loganlea is seeking two temporary Customer Service / Administration Officers for assignments through Christmas. The roles are weekday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with an immediate start and onsite parking available.

You will answer customer enquiries by phone and email, book in-home deliveries, collate paperwork and provide general administration support. A background in customer service or administration and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional phone manner and strong attention to detail.
