Our client, a vocational education leader, is seeking multiple Contact Centre Consultants to deliver accurate information to students about courses and general enquiries during peak periods. Roles involve high-volume inbound and outbound calls and will be based at Mt. Gravatt, Brisbane.

Positions are temporary with start 16 November and end 20 February 2027, full-time hours 8:30am–6:00pm, with some overtime. Training is 1–2 weeks (30–32 hrs/wk).

Responsabilités

• Providing information on courses and enrolment options
• Making outbound follow up calls to students
• Responding to general student enquiries
• Maintaining and updating student management systems
