Job summary

Beaumont People is seeking a part-time Temporary Accounts Officer / Finance Administrator to support a busy finance team during growth and system improvement. You will handle transactional duties and assist across multiple financial systems, including MYOB.

Working with the Finance Officer, you will process invoices, bank reconciliations, AP, payroll support, and debt collection as required. The role offers 3-4 days per fortnight, 8:00am–4:00pm, with some work-from-home options after onboarding.

• Experience in accounts, finance administration or bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using MYOB or similar accounting systems.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing priorities.
• A team player who can hit the ground running.

What's on Offer

Hours

Generally between 8:00am - 4:00pm, with flexibility available. Office-based work is preferred, particularly Monday to Wednesday.
