Westpac in Lithgow, NSW is seeking a part-time Teller to be the first point of contact for customers in our branch. You will handle transactions, promote digital banking and help customers with their everyday banking needs.
You will work 22.8 hours across Monday to Friday, balance cash at end of day, and refer customers to Home Loans or Business Banking when needed while delivering friendly, supported service.

You will engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs, utilising your knowledge of Westpac's financial products and services to support their holistic banking needs. By addressing their everyday banking queries and referring them to the right specialists in Home Loans or Business Banking, you will help ensure each customer receives tailored support and guidance. This is a part‑time branch‑based role position working 22.8 hours per week, across Monday to Friday.
