As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch and will work to create a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment they walk in. You will engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs, utilizing your knowledge of Westpac's financial products and services to support their holistic banking needs. By addressing their everyday banking queries and referring them to the right specialists in Home Loans or Business Banking, you will help ensure each customer receives tailored support and guidance. No two days are the same, and each interaction is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in our customers' financial wellbeing!
This is a part-time 12-month contract, branch-based role and the 25 hours per week are needed across and inclusive of Monday to Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm.
