Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to support customers at a branch, delivering tailored advice and guiding them through products and digital channels. You will help with everyday banking needs while building lasting relationships in a service-driven environment.

What's the role?

They help with tasks like opening accounts, managing finances, and providing guidance on Westpac's products and services. Their role is customer-focused, aiming to build strong relationships and ensure a positive banking experience.

• Assist customers with banking transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals
• Maintain accurate cash handling and ensure end-of-day balancing

This is a branch-based role for 32.5 hours across and inclusive of Monday to Friday to support branch opening times.
