Learn To Trade is seeking top-performing closers for an elite telesales team in Australia. You will speak to warm prospects who have shown interest, understand their needs, and close in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with strong earning potential.
Successful candidates can achieve substantial commissions; the right performers are encouraged to push toward very high earnings as part of a growth-focused sales culture.
A $378K+ EARNING POTENTIAL | HIGH COMMISSION | EARLY START. EARLY FINISH.
This is not a job for average salespeople.
If you need motivating, managing, reminding or chasing — don't apply.
If rejection bothers you, targets make you nervous, or you think five follow-ups is "too many" — this definitely isn't for you.
We're building an elite telesales team and we're looking for proven closers who like winning, like money and take personal responsibility for their numbers.
You'll be speaking to warm prospects who have already shown an interest in what we do.
Your job is simple: Get on the phone. Understand the prospect. Create certainty. Close.
This is a fast-moving, high-performance environment with serious earning potential for people who can genuinely sell.
We don't want people frightened by big numbers.
For the right performers, A$189K should not feel like the destination. We're looking for people who want to push towards A$283K, A$378K+ and beyond.
The commission structure rewards performance heavily. Sell more. Earn more. There is no prize for being average.
Start early. Sell hard. Finish early.
We want highly focused people who would rather attack the phones while everyone else is still waking up, hit their numbers and have their afternoon back.
No presenteeism. No hiding behind meetings. Your scoreboard is your sales.
Initially, the team will work directly under our Chief of Staff, who is personally building the department and its performance culture before transitioning it to a dedicated Telesales Manager.
That means you'll be joining at the beginning. You'll be expected to contribute, compete and perform.
Good.
If you've read this and thought it sounds too intense, we're probably not right for each other.
But if you've read it and thought: "Finally. A company that actually wants salespeople to sell." We should talk.
