Job summary

Locale Property Group is expanding its national sales team in Australia, seeking a high-performing Appointment Setter / Sales Qualifier. You will convert opportunities into genuine conversations and qualified appointments, supported by a large marketing engine and a focus on uncapped earnings.

You’ll work with an elite team to jump on enquiries, qualify customers across finance, land and home, and consistently hit targets while building a strong pipeline and delivering first-class customer

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups.
• Comfort with CRM and pipeline management.
