Job summary

Ventia on the Gold Coast is seeking a Telepower Design Supervisor to lead a design team supporting Telstra telepower works. You will provide technical leadership, oversee project delivery and ensure high-quality design documentation across regional projects.

The role requires experience in telecommunications design leadership, an electrical engineering qualification or trade background, and strong client-facing skills. Hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for career development are offered.

• Experience leading design teams within the telecommunications or telepower industry.
• Electrical Engineering qualification or Electrical Trade background.
• Strong understanding of telepower design and project delivery environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with Excel expertise highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and allocate work across a team of designers and project coordinators.
• Act as the key technical escalation point for telepower design activities.
• Review, approve and oversee the delivery of high quality design documentation.
• Liaise with clients and delivery partners while providing regional reporting.
• Monitor project schedules, workloads and design performance to meet delivery targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and design delivery.

About the Role
