Valiant is seeking a Biz Ops Specialist to own our telephony ecosystem, contact infrastructure, and campaign execution. You will learn the platform and apply curiosity and problem-solving to understand how systems and data connect, growing into managing telephony architecture and AI agent deployment.

You will support setup, tracking, and execution of telephony campaigns, use performance data to optimise contact strategy, and contribute to day-to-day system administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or junior operations with interest in systems and processes.
• Hands-on exposure to contact centre platforms is a bonus, not required.
• Comfortable with numbers and turning data into decisions.
• Able to understand how permissions, routing, and configurations fit together.

Responsabilités

• Support the setup, design, tracking, and execution of telephony campaigns and optimise contact rates.
• Work with call routing logic and assist deploying AI agents as they roll out.
• Own day-to-day telephony system administration and platform configuration.
• Oversee IVR management, phone number allocation, campaign setup, and tickets.
• Manage corporate mobile operations, including SIM provisioning and device fleet management.
