Job summary

Calvary is seeking a Telephony & UC Analyst to optimise our telephony and unified communications across sites. You will analyse voice services, usage and costs, and help transition to a Microsoft Teams-based cloud telephony solution, minimising disruption to clinical operations.

You will plan migrations, manage porting and activations, engage stakeholders, and deliver a cost-efficient, modern communications environment for Calvary's network of sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications, UC, or tech service analysis.
• Experience with PABX, IP telephony, SIP trunking, carrier services, and number management.
• Ability to analyse invoices, contracts and usage data to identify cost optimisations.

Responsibilities

• Telephony Discovery & Asset Management across all sites; audit and maintain registers.
• Service Ownership & Contracts management with vendors and internal teams.
• Voice Consumption & Billing Analysis across sites and units.
• Optimization & Cost Management to reduce unused services and DID utilisation.
• Transition & Migration Planning for telephony changes and activations.
• Telco Porting & Service Changes coordination with carriers and teams.
• Change Management & Communications for telephony transitions.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement with site, clinical and technology stakeholders.
