Job summary

Telelink Business Systems Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on technician to own installs from start to finish. You will install and support cloud phone systems and on-site PABX, and deploy hosted PBX on customer sites, including AI telephony integration.

You will also install and configure routers and network equipment, manage NBN installs and transfers, and troubleshoot faults on site and remotely while keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PABX, hosted PBX or cloud telephony
• Solid working knowledge of NBN, routers and basic IP networking
• Confidence dealing directly with business customers
• A driver’s licence and the ability to work independently on site
• Open cabling registration is a plus
