Qualifications

• Experience working across customer premises and network environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow established technical procedures.
• Confidence working autonomously and taking responsibility for work quality.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete skilled telecommunications installation, maintenance and repair activities.
• Diagnose and rectify basic to intermediate equipment and network faults.
• Assist with testing and commissioning telecommunications network equipment.
• Complete equipment and software upgrades.
• Provide technical advice and resolve customer premises equipment faults.
• Apply technical judgement when completing assigned field work.
• Contribute to project briefs for larger telecommunications activities.
• Ensure all work meets required quality, regulatory and industry standards.
