CPS Technology & Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Technical Officer in Brisbane, QLD. You will install, commission, upgrade and maintain wireless infrastructure across diverse network environments, upholding safety, quality and technical excellence.

Key duties include rigging antennas, diagnosing faults, coordinating site activities with engineers and managers, completing documentation and testing, and maintaining compliance with WHS and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications construction, installation and commissioning.
• Experience working on mobile telecommunications networks and wireless infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications installation practices and site construction activities.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and installation requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence. Construction White Card.
• Working at Heights certification.
• RF Awareness certification.

Responsabilités

About the Role

Working as part of our telecommunications construction and deployment team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, upgrading and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure across a variety of network environments.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working for telecommunications carriers, network vendors or infrastructure providers.
