Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for the Telecom domain in Sydney. The candidate will gather and document business and technical requirements, engage with stakeholders, and produce BRDs, FRDs, and user stories to drive end-to-end delivery.

The role requires strong requirements gathering, documentation, and communications skills, with hands-on experience in telecom OSS/BSS, networks, and project delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Telecom domain.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
• Experience supporting UAT and end-to-end project delivery.
• Telecom OSS/BSS systems knowledge.
• Mobile networks, fixed-line networks, and broadband services.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering workshops.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyse telecom business processes, systems, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with telecom engineers, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement.
• Support system integration, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Track requirements, risks, issues, and project deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
