Job summary

XPT Software is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with telecom domain experience to gather and document requirements, translate them into BRDs/FRDs, and work with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include stakeholder interviews, gap and impact analysis, UAT support, and ensuring end-to-end delivery with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Telecommunications domain knowledge.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
• Experience supporting UAT and end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering workshops.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyse telecom business processes, systems, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with telecom engineers, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement.
• Support system integration, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Track requirements, risks, issues, and project deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
