XPT Software Australia is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with telecom domain experience to drive requirements gathering and documentation across business and technical stakeholders. The role involves understanding complex systems, producing BRDs/FRDs, and collaborating with engineers, testers, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong documentation skills, experience in telecom processes, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams

• Experience as Technical Business Analyst in a telecom environment.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Ability to map business processes to technical solutions.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyse telecom business processes, systems, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with telecom engineers, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Perform gap/impact analysis and drive process improvement.
• Support system integration, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Track requirements, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
