Job summary

XPT Software in Sydney is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong telecommunications and network background. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with telecom, network engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams.

You will document BRD/FRD, create user stories and process flows, support UAT, and help drive network transformation projects from conception to implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Business Analyst in telecom or networking domains.
• BRD/FRD, user stories, and process mapping experience required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with telecom, network engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams.
• Analyze network architecture, connectivity, and telecom systems.
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
• Support network transformation and connectivity projects.
• Conduct impact and gap analysis and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and network operations teams.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and implementation.
• Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates.
