Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services seeks a Technical Solutions Specialist for a telecommunications infrastructure provider. You will act as the technical bridge between access seekers, engineering partners, and internal network teams, driving end-to-end colocation and site sharing delivery.

This role involves reviewing design submissions and site packs, coordinating compliance across technical domains, and resolving RFIs with external agents and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with passive or active wireless network infrastructure (macro towers, rooftops, small cells).
• Experience with DBORS or equivalent asset and inventory databases.
• Ability to manage complex technical conversations with carriers and internal teams to resolve RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse design submissions and site share packs to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and validate compliance across technical domains.
• Act as technical point of contact to resolve RFIs and troubleshoot bottlenecks with external agents and project teams.
• Drive cross-functional momentum to ensure approvals and project momentum.
