Job summary

FinXL by Randstad Digital seeks a Technical Lead in Cisco Network Services to lead and deliver network infrastructure components for strategic projects and enterprise initiatives.

You will guide architecture, design, implementation and operational support, working with Cisco networking, firewalls and related platforms. The role requires hands-on leadership and a track record of delivering complex networks within enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead in Cisco Network Services.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver network infrastructure components.
• Develop and maintain high-quality network architecture, design, implementation and runbooks.
• Experience driving performance of enterprise network services including Cisco networking and F5.
• Experience producing and maintaining technology standards, procedures, runbooks and governance artefacts.
• Experience managing Network Services engineers.
• Familiar with ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver network infrastructure components for strategic projects and enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network architecture, design, implementation and runbooks.
• Oversee and mentor Network Services engineers.
• Drive performance of enterprise network services including Cisco networking and F5.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (SD-WAN, ACI, NSX, SDA).
• Ensure ITIL practices are applied effectively.
