Job summary

Genus Services in North Sydney is seeking a motivated Project Support Officer to join our team. You will provide administrative support across telecommunications network maintenance and infrastructure programs, helping ensure work orders and project information are managed accurately.

You will work closely with project and field teams, receiving guidance as you develop understanding of our systems and operations, while supporting day-to-day requirements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Organised and reliable with eagerness to learn in a busy project environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the allocation, management and tracking of work orders.
• Providing administrative support to Field Contract Managers.
• Maintaining and updating project databases, systems and records.
• Assisting with land access assessments and project documentation.
• Supporting the preparation of variation and Extension of Time requests.
• Monitoring work orders, priorities and deadlines.
• Liaising with field teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with operational and client reporting.
• General project and administrative support as required.
