Job summary

Genus Services, based in North Sydney, is seeking a motivated Project Support Officer to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on project administration within the telecommunications sector, supporting project and field teams with work orders, data entry, and documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the allocation, management and tracking of work orders.
• Providing administrative support to Field Contract Managers
• Maintaining and updating project databases, systems and records
• Assisting with land access assessments and project documentation
• Supporting the preparation of variation and Extension of Time requests
• Monitoring work orders, priorities and deadlines
• Liaising with field teams, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with operational and client reporting
• General project and administrative support as required
