Job summary

Genus Services is seeking an experienced Land Access Officer to join our North Sydney team. The role focuses on managing land access across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legislative and client requirements, and coordinating due diligence, notifications and approvals.

You will work closely with landowners, authorities and project teams to optimise processes, maintain records, and support safe, timely project delivery. Previous telecom land access experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience with land access due diligence, notifications and approvals.
• Experience communicating with landowners, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of telecommunications land access requirements and approvals.
• Strong planning, organisational and attention to detail skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant databases.

Responsibilities

• Undertake land access due diligence, notifications and approvals.
• Support compliance with Commonwealth, State/Territory and local requirements.
• Identify and communicate with landowners, occupiers, public landowners and authorities.
• Develop and issue land access notices and delivery agreements.
• Coordinate land access planning and approvals across the project lifecycle.
• Attend meetings and field visits; review route plans and reports.
• Maintain records within land access systems and support project delivery.
• Identify and manage land access risks and issues.
