Job summary

Genus Services in North Sydney is seeking a motivated Project Support Officer to join our team. This role provides administrative support across telecommunications network maintenance and infrastructure projects, ensuring work orders and project information are managed accurately.

You'll work closely with project and field teams, receiving guidance while developing an understanding of our systems and processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with allocation, management and tracking of work orders.
• Provide administrative support to Field Contract Managers.
• Maintaining and updating project databases, systems and records.
• Assisting with land access assessments and project documentation.
• Supporting the preparation of variation and Extension of Time requests.
• Monitoring work orders, priorities and deadlines.
• Liaising with field teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with operational and client reporting.
• General project and administrative support as required.
