Job summary

Genus Services LLC in North Sydney is seeking a motivated Project Support Officer to join our team. You will provide administrative support across telecommunications network maintenance and infrastructure programs, helping ensure work orders and project information are managed accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with project and field teams, you'll develop your understanding of our systems and processes while receiving guidance and support to grow in project administration within the

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented approach to administration.
• Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
• Interest in administration, project coordination or telecommunications.
• Experience in project administration or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with allocation, management and tracking of work orders.
• Provide administrative support to Field Contract Managers.
• Maintain and update project databases and records.
• Assist with land access assessments and project documentation.
• Support preparation of variation and Extension of Time requests.
• Monitor work orders, priorities and deadlines.
• Liaise with field teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with operational and client reporting.
• Provide general project and administrative support as required.
