Job summary

ServiceStream is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field staff and subcontractors on the NSW/ACT Team, based in Parramatta. You will direct field work, coordinate scheduling, and ensure high-quality work while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires strong contractor and stakeholder management, experience with NBN/Telstra networks, and travel as needed. Supportive team culture and a permanent full-time position are offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years of telecommunications field experience.
• Experience leading NBN and Telstra field operations.
• Knowledge of materials identification and supply chain flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field staff and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate scheduling of work, staff and equipment to meet targets.
• Ensure field work adheres to OH&S policies and procedures.
