Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Field Supervisor in Melbourne to lead and mentor field crews delivering nbn services. You will manage technicians on-site 90% of the time, coordinate resources, and drive quality, safety, and KPI performance.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, conduct audits, lead toolbox talks, resolve on-site issues, and foster a safety-first culture. Relevant ACM supervision certification and a Cert 3 in Civil/Telecommunications are highly regarded; a valid driver's licence is

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in field-based civil or telco work.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and manage technicians to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Support new technicians, setting them up for success.
• Coordinate work, technicians, and equipment to meet KPIs and targets.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Be the go-to person for resolving on-site issues and client escalations.
• Conduct audits, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in technician performance.
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure adherence to health & safety protocols.

What you’ll be doing:

• You are someone who can think on your feet and keep jobs running smoothly.
• A safety-first mindset who drives a strong safety culture in the field.
• Your certifications in supervising ACM removal and Cert 3 in Civil/Telecommunications will be highly regarded.
• Valid driver's licence
