Job summary

Service Stream is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our NSW/ACT team, based in Parramatta. You will lead field crews and subcontractors, schedule resources, and ensure safe, high-quality work across NSW/ACT telecommunications projects.

You will support the Field Services Manager, manage contractor relationships, and coordinate with clients and authorities to maintain service delivery on the NBN Unify Services contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field crews in telecom construction.
• Strong knowledge of NBN FTTP/FTTC/FTTN/HFC networks and civils.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate field staff and subcontractors.
• Schedule work, staff and equipment to hit targets.
• Ensure high-quality field work with OH&S compliance and audits.
• Liaise with client and public authorities for service provision.
