Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service (around three years).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to write clearly for different audiences.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of telco and data services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer solutions and ensuring successful delivery.
• Assisting with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track.
• Managing customer contracts and Service Level Agreements.
• Performing quality checks after implementation to maintain high standards.
• Responding to inbound calls and enquiries with empathy and clarity.
• Handling orders and liaising with management to resolve issues promptly.
• Working with wholesale suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve order challenges.
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry.
