Qualifications

• Around three years of proven customer service experience.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of telco and data services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer solutions and ensure successful delivery.
• Assist with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track.
• Manage customer contracts and Service Level Agreements.
• Perform quality checks after implementation.
• Respond to inbound calls and enquiries with empathy and clarity.
• Handle orders and liaise with management to resolve issues promptly.
• Work with wholesale suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve order challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry.
• Jump in to help with other tasks as needed.
