Qualifications

• Warm, approachable communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Around three years of customer service experience.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Clear written communication for different audiences.
• Proactive problem solving and quick learning ability.
• Comfortable working independently within a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of telco and data services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer solutions and ensure successful delivery.
• Assist with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track.
• Manage customer contracts and Service Level Agreements.
• Perform quality checks after implementation to maintain standards.
• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries with empathy and clarity.
• Handle orders and liaise with management to resolve issues promptly.
• Work with wholesale suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve order challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry.
• Support other tasks as needed.
