Aussie Broadband Limited is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support customers with accounts and technical inquiries across multiple channels. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and following privacy guidelines, while maintaining service standards.
You will work a minimum of 3 days per week and 15 hours weekly, up to 25 hours, Monday to Friday, with learning opportunities in a telco environment.

In this role, you will worka minimum of 3 days per week and 15 hours per week, with a maximum of 25 rostered hours per week Monday to Friday.
An interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential)
A genuine curiosity about IT and technology
A background in accounts or customer service
Confident computer skills and comfort with basic data entry
Warm, clear communication with a collaborative, empathetic approach
Creating positive customer experiences while meeting service standards
Supporting customers with account and technical enquiries across multiple channels
Managing calls with care and attention
Gently troubleshooting non‑service‑related issues
Navigating challenging conversations professionally and escalating when needed
Following supportive help desk processes, account procedures, and privacy guidelines
