Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise sales and business development in technology, with telco focus.
• Understanding of telcos' buying, building, and operating technology.
• Proven track record managing multi-year customer relationships and high-performing teams.
• Experience navigating regulated, infrastructure-critical deals with security reviews.
• Ability to translate cloud/AI value to business leaders; understand network architectures.
• Strong executive presence with CEO/CTO/CIO/board interactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise sales team to accelerate AWS adoption in Telecommunications in Australia.
• Define GTM strategy for Telecommunications, including investment priorities and use cases.
• Engage C-suite and senior technology leaders; shape large-scale cloud, network modernisation, and AI programs.
• Build pipeline and manage relationships with regulators and infrastructure partners.
• Hire and develop senior sales talent and create an accountable operating rhythm.
