ASIC is seeking a System Administrator to manage and improve the TechnologyOne platform within Enterprise Services. You will support ERP systems, manage configurations, and collaborate with Finance, IT and external vendors to ensure secure, reliable operations.

The role involves leading system improvements, overseeing month-end processes and supporting data integrations. A strong background in TechnologyOne and enterprise systems is essential, with excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong functional knowledge of TechnologyOne platform.
• Experience administering or configuring enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to deliver improvements.
• Strong project and risk management skills.
• Strong data, technology and business systems literacy.
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance TechnologyOne configuration, including testing and supporting system changes.
• Administer TechnologyOne modules: Financials, Supply Chain, Budgeting and Records Compliance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security and access.
• Oversee month-end processing, year-end rollover and statutory deadlines.
• Design and build data integration routines, scripts, data models and automations.
• Plan, test and implement system updates and upgrades.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities for reliability.
• Provide user support and manage service requests.
• Develop and maintain system administration documentation and workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, HR and vendors to support integrations.
