Job summary

ASIC is seeking a System Administrator, TechnologyOne at Executive Level 1 within the Financial Platforms and Enablement Team of Enterprise Services. You will administer and improve TechnologyOne, ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable and aligned with ASIC's priorities.

You will manage TechnologyOne modules (Financials, Supply Chain, Budgeting, Records Compliance), handle user access, and drive data integration and process improvements across Finance, IT and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of TechnologyOne.
• Experience administering enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with Finance, IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance TechnologyOne configuration.
• Administer TechnologyOne modules: Financials, Supply Chain, Budgeting, Records Compliance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, document security and system access.
• Oversee month-end processing and year-end rollover.
• Design data integrations, scripts, data models, and automation forms.
• Plan, test and implement system updates and upgrades.
• Monitor performance and improve reliability.
• Provide end-user support and manage service requests.
• Develop system administration documentation.
