Job summary

Maersk in Melbourne is seeking a Manager - Technology, Customer & Operations to lead the technical delivery of warehouse and logistics IT solutions. You will partner with business units to implement applications and integration, mentor TCO colleagues, and oversee major IT projects within a regional context.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years implementing, managing and supporting warehouse management systems.
• Hands‑on experience in Infor SCE or Exceed WMS is essential.
• Experience with MS SQL or any SQL language.
• Delivery experience on AMR, ACR, and ASRS projects within warehouse and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain execution in distribution, transport management.
• Experience in organizing major IT projects like updates, migrations, upgrades.
• PM certification is an added advantage (PMP, Prince-2, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work with business and operational teams to implement IT solutions.
• Lead full implementation from design to go‑live.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams for development or customization.
• Produce requirements, plans, configurations and test plans as lead SME.
• Configure supported applications to run operations and training users.
• Develop the TCO team and mentor colleagues.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs and escalations; act as SME during major incidents.
• Support disaster recovery, system testing, migrations and upgrades.
