Job summary

Maersk requires a senior IT lead to implement and integrate warehouse management systems across regional operations in Australia. You will drive major IT deployments from design through go-live, coordinating with global teams and Maersk colleagues to deliver tailored solutions for warehouse and logistics contexts.

You will mentor TCO specialists, provide technical input on support and change issues, and train colleagues to enhance regional capabilities.

Qualifications

5–8 years implementing, managing and supporting warehouse management systems.
Hands-on experience in Infor SCE or Exceed WMS is essential.
Experience with MS SQL or any SQL language.
Delivery of AMR, ACR, and ASRS projects in warehousing/logistics environments.
Strong business knowledge of supply chain execution in distribution and transport.
Experience managing large IT projects: updates, migrations, upgrades, outages.
PM certification is a plus (PMP, Prince-2, etc.).

Responsibilities

Work with business and operations teams to capture requirements and deliver IT solutions.
Carry out full implementation from design, solution development, testing and go-live.
Coordinate with regional/global TCO specialists and Maersk teams for development or customization.
Produce functional requirements, project plans, system config and test plans.
Configure applications to run operations, including peripherals.
Provide training to super-users and project teams.
Develop the TCO team through upskilling.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and issue resolution.
