Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in agile delivery leading multi-workstream programs.
• Ability to manage dependencies and coordinate across time pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management with execs and vendors.
• Experience delivering data platforms, CRM or system integration programs.
• Certified in Scrum, SAFe or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the business.
• Prioritise and sequence work with leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies and delivery status to executives.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and align internal teams and vendors.
• Define, monitor and report delivery metrics.
• Design and embed an agile delivery framework.
