Job summary

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a Technology Risk & Data Governance Manager to lead enterprise-wide governance across technology, cyber and data domains. You will coordinate audits, regulatory reviews, risk assessments and remediation while embedding robust data governance practices.

You will partner with technology, risk, audit and business stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve risk visibility and support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk management, audit, compliance, cyber assurance, or related governance.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks and industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT or PCI-DSS.
• Understanding of data governance including ownership, stewardship and quality.
• Proven ability to coordinate audits, regulatory reviews, risk assessments and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consolidated enterprise view of technology risks, audit findings, compliance obligations and remediation activity.
• Drive governance and assurance across technology and cyber functions.
• Support regulatory engagement with bodies such as OLGR and NICC.
• Strengthen technology risk culture, accountability and control maturity.
• Establish and uplift data governance practices including data ownership and privacy controls.
• Coordinate risk reporting and governance forums for leadership visibility.
• Partner with teams to embed data governance requirements into initiatives.
