Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Technology Risk, Audit & Compliance Lead to drive security, governance and compliance across our technology environment. You will lead day-to-day risk management, develop risk frameworks, policies and controls, and oversee remediation of audit findings to protect our IT landscape.

We value strong stakeholder relationships, regulatory awareness and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in technology risk and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk management, information security, IT auditing and compliance management.
• Proven ability to develop relationships across business and technology staff.
• Experience preparing presentations and reports for executive and senior management.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cybersecurity principles and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess technology risks and oversee remediation of audit findings and control gaps.
• Develop and maintain risk frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Strengthen governance practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
