Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory to lead technology strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives for clients across financial services, mining, energy, and retail sectors.

You will partner with clients to shape roadmaps, governance, and post-merger integration, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to PwC’s Technology Advisory practice. A minimum of two years in a top consulting firm and strong analytics are essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology strategy, governance, strategic delivery planning, or post-deal integration within a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working with a leading consulting firm or strategy house, focusing on the technology, digital or AI advisory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen interest in emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and agile delivery practices.
  • Ability to support and contribute to managing client engagements and building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or advising clients across Financial Services, Mining, Energy, or Retail industries, with a passion for driving impactful technology-enabled outcomes.

Responsibilities

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 89,000 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
