What you’ll do:

• Assist in the design, construction, and deployment of production‑grade AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and basic agentic workflows.
• Support the implementation of cloud‑native AI systems, gaining proficiency with LLMOps/DevOps pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Participate in the evaluation and fine‑tuning of AI models, utilising open‑source tools.
• Communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and collaboration.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience delivering data‑driven AI and genAI solutions in a business environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
• Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Technical skills:
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java is a plus.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy and SciPy.
• Hands‑on experience with AI and Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, LangGraph, CrewAI etc).
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data engineering and pipelines (SQL, ETL/ELT, distributed systems) to handle large datasets and unstructured data, data cleaning, and preprocessing.
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
