Responsibilities
- Lead technology operations, service delivery and incident management.
- Drive vendor performance, accountability and commercial outcomes.
- Own infrastructure including networks, devices, Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
- Strengthen cyber security, compliance and operational resilience.
- Support store growth by ensuring scalable technology.
- Partner with Operations and business leaders to improve store tech experience.
