Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking a Technology Operations Manager to shape technology across our coffeehouse network and Support Centre. You will lead reliable, secure and scalable technology services that support business growth and work with partners and vendors to drive improved service levels and spend efficiency.

Reporting to the CIO, you’ll drive incident management, vendor performance, and infrastructure ownership while strengthening cyber security, compliance and operational resilience for

Qualifications

• Senior technology operations experience in a multi-site retail or hospitality business.
• Has challenged incumbent vendors and achieved better service or commercials.
• Experience coordinating a multi-party support chain with multiple providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations, service delivery and incident management.
• Drive vendor performance, accountability and commercial outcomes.
• Own infrastructure including networks, devices, Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Strengthen cyber security, compliance and operational resilience.
• Support store growth by ensuring technology remains scalable and fit for purpose.
• Partner with Operations and business leaders to improve the store technology experience.
