Job summary

BLACKROC is seeking experienced Project Managers to deliver a major technology modernisation program in Brisbane. You will own end-to-end project delivery across complex tech environments, liaising with technical teams, stakeholders and senior leadership to achieve agreed outcomes.

Working within PRINCE2 governance and Agile delivery practices, you will manage scope, schedules, budgets and risks, coordinating multiple streams and ensuring governance and reporting are robust.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is mandatory.
• Experience delivering complex technology transformation projects.
• Experience in government or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery practices.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working across complex technology environments to modernise legacy systems, platforms and business capabilities.

We're looking for experienced Project Managers who can demonstrate successful delivery of large-scale technology transformation initiatives, ideally within government or highly regulated environments.

The Opportunity

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation projects, including legacy system modernisation, platform migrations or large-scale system replacements.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Strong project governance, financial management, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in complex enterprise, government or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and ways of working.
• Experience using project delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience across both public and private sector environments, along with Agile or Scrum qualifications, will be highly regarded.
