Job summary

Goodman is seeking a hands-on Technology Lead in Australia to support development systems across data centre, industrial and infrastructure projects. You will configure Procore, drive governance, and work with Autodesk, Revizto, Primavera Cloud and related tools to improve project delivery.

The role focuses on Procore implementation, financials rollout, data quality, and end-user enablement, with a practical, business-facing approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring construction or development platforms (ideally Procore).
• Understanding of budgets, commitments, variations and cost coding / WBS in projects.
• Experience supporting or implementing Procore Financials or similar project finance tools.

Technology Lead (Development Systems)

We’re looking for a hands-on Technology Lead to support the platforms that underpin Goodman’s development activities across Data Centre, Industrial and Infrastructure.

This role sits in our AU Technology Centre of Excellence and works closely with our Developments team to configure, optimise, integrate and improve the systems that support project delivery — with Procore at the centre, alongside platforms such as Autodesk, Revizto, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Bluebeam and SketchUp Pro.

A key focus will be supporting Project Keystone, our re-implementation of Procore, including the rollout of Procore Financials, improved governance, reporting and platform adoption across the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Administering and configuring Procore, including permissions, project settings, correspondence, document management and reporting
• Supporting the implementation of Procore Financials across budgets, commitments, variations, progress claims and cost structures
• Improving platform governance, integration, data quality and reporting across development systems
• Managing the lifecycle of development applications, including vendor relationships, licensing, renewals and upgrades
• Helping lift Goodman’s BIM and information-management maturity
• Building practical training, documentation and support pathways for end users

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in construction or development technology platforms, ideally Procore, and a good understanding of project delivery, cost management, systems integration and stakeholder enablement.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working close to the business, solving practical problems, improving systems and helping teams get more value from the tools they use every day.

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring construction or development delivery platforms, ideally Procore
• Strong understanding of construction or development project delivery, including budgets, commitments, variations, progress claims and cost coding / WBS
• Experience supporting or implementing Procore Financials, or another project financial management platform
• Confidence working across integrations, data flows, reporting and system governance
• Experience managing software platforms, vendors, licensing, renewals, upgrades and user access
• Ability to translate business needs into practical system configuration, process improvement and user support
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with project teams, technology teams, vendors and consultants
• Clear communication, training and documentation skills, with a practical approach to driving adoption
• Exposure to BIM, document control, Autodesk, Revizto, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Bluebeam, SketchUp Pro or Power BI would be highly regarded
• A self-directed, hands-on style with strong judgement, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
