Goodman is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide strong administrative, communication, and systems support for marketing initiatives.

The role involves creating listings, EDM campaigns, coordinating events, and assisting with the production of marketing materials. It requires collaboration across departments and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in marketing, communications or business related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in marketing administrative or support role.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
• Experience using Canva.
• Proficiency in HTML email platforms (Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp or similar).
• Experience with a CMS such as Sitecore or similar.
• Experience in B2B marketing (property, professional services, hotels or agency environment).

Responsabilités

• Creating and updating property listings for Goodman AU website, microsites and online portals.
• Creating EDM campaigns to send customers and agents.
• Commissioning photography for property vacancies as required.
• Assist to create/edit information memorandums, brochures, proposals with in-house teams.
• Support internal departments with communication pieces – formatting and reviewing text.
• Organise events including invites, RSVPs, catering, site access and attendance follow-up.
• Source and order promotional items, liaising with suppliers and managing stock.
• Manage emails in the Goodman leasing inbox.
• Process purchase orders and invoices related to marketing.

Marketing Coordinator at Goodman:

The Marketing Co-ordinator will provide strong administrative, communication, and systems support along with a keen interest in marketing and communications. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating events, and maintaining marketing databases. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication within the team.

Day to Day:

• Creating and updating property listings for the Goodman AU website, property microsites and online portals. This may involve writing copy, selecting or editing images
• Creating EDM campaigns to send customers and agents
• Commissioning photography for property vacancies as required
• Assisting to create and edit information memorandums, brochures, proposals, working closely with the in-house design team, property team and marketing managers
• Assisting internal departments (such as people and culture, sustainability, finance, investment management) with communication pieces - formatting and reviewing text
• Assisting to organise events including creating invites, managing RSVPs, managing catering requirements, access to site, following up on communications and attendance
• Sourcing and ordering promotional items including liaising with suppliers, organising artwork, and managing stock levels
• Managing emails in the Goodman leasing inbox
• Processing purchase orders and invoices related to marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum of one - two years' experience in a marketing administrative or support role
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Degree qualified in marketing, communications or business related field
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing
• Experience using online design and visual communications platforms such as Canva
• Proficiency in HTML email platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp or similar
• Previous exposure to website CMS such as Sitecore or similar.
• Experience in a B2B marketing (property, professional services, hotels or agency environment) ideal
