KPMG Australia offers a one-year Graduate Program for final-year students or recent graduates, with targeted coaching and real client work from day one. Start dates are February 2027, with full-time ongoing roles across diverse technology and consulting streams.
You will gain exposure to cyber security, cloud, data, AI, digital transformation, and more, building technical capability and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
Help organisations harness emerging technologies to work smarter, move faster and solve complex problems. Our teams work across cyber security, cloud, data, AI, digital transformation, technology strategy, engineering and more — helping clients modernise systems, strengthen resilience, and create better experiences for their customers and communities. You might analyse data, explore new digital tools, support cyber initiatives or help implement tech solutions that drive meaningful change. If you’re curious, analytical and excited by the pace of digital innovation, this pathway could be a great match.
We run two rounds of recruitment: main intake (now closed) and rolling intake. We aim to fill as many of our roles as possible through the main intake but, of course, things change and new roles come up. Applying to the rolling intake means your application will be reviewed as a suitable role comes up (and it does happen!).
Depending on your team, your work could include:
You’ll gain exposure to diverse industries, from government and energy to financial services, health, retail and infrastructure, while building technical capability, problem‑solving skills and a strong understanding of how digital solutions come to life.
