KPMG Australia offers a one-year grow pathway through a full-time, ongoing graduate program starting February 2027. You’ll work on real client projects across cyber, cloud, data, AI and digital transformation, gaining exposure to diverse industries while building technical capability and problem-solving skills.
Rolling intake, coaching from day one, and support from a performance development manager help you apply your degree to client work and learn quickly in a collaborative environment.
Help organisations harness emerging technologies to work smarter, move faster and solve complex problems. Our teams work across cyber security, cloud, data, AI, digital transformation, technology strategy, engineering and more — helping clients modernise systems, strengthen resilience, and create better experiences for their customers and communities. You might analyse data, explore new digital tools, support cyber initiatives or help implement tech solutions that drive meaningful change. If you’re curious, analytical and excited by the pace of digital innovation, this pathway could be a great match.
We run two rounds of recruitment: main intake (now closed) and rolling intake. We aim to fill as many of our roles as possible through the main intake but, of course, things change and new roles come up. Applying to the rolling intake means your application will be reviewed as a suitable role comes up (and it does happen!).
Depending on your team, your work could include:
You’ll gain exposure to diverse industries, from government and energy to financial services, health, retail and infrastructure, while building technical capability, problem‑solving skills and a strong understanding of how digital solutions come to life.
