KPMG Australia invites high-potential graduates to join a one-year grow pathway starting February 2027 in a full-time, ongoing graduate role. You will work on real client projects across consulting, technology, operations and risk, with targeted coaching and development from day one.

The program offers structured learning, exposure to multiple teams, and opportunities to build consulting skills while contributing to positive client outcomes.

Help organisations tackle some of their biggest challenges. From improving customer experiences and redesigning services, to strengthening governance, evaluating program outcomes, and supporting transformation. You’ll work alongside specialists across consulting, technology, operations and risk to uncover insights, explore solutions and deliver work that creates meaningful impact. This pathway suits graduates who enjoy solving problems, working with people, understanding how things work and contributing to positive change.

About rolling intake

We run two rounds of recruitment: main intake (now closed) and rolling intake. We aim to fill as many of our roles as possible through the main intake but, of course, things change and new roles come up. Applying to the rolling intake means your application will be reviewed as a suitable role comes up (and it does happen!).

The Work

Depending on the team, your work might include:

• Helping design or evaluate government programs and public services
• Mapping customer journeys or analysing operational data
• Supporting organisational change, stakeholder engagement or transformation projects
• Contributing to digital, technology or advisory initiatives that enable better outcomes

You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of industries and project types, helping you build strong consulting skills and a deep understanding of how organisations work.

• For students in their final year of study in 2026 or recently graduated and not yet in professional work.
